Serving immigrant families with dignity, respect, and affordable immigration legal assistance.

Dr. Judy Villeneuve-Dyce, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Immigration Law Clerk/Consultant at Education Solutions International (ESI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit she has helped lead since February 2022.  A legal scholar and policy researcher with over 15 years of combined experience in law and education policy, she is undergoing preliminary certification through the U.S. Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Recognition and Accreditation Program while working under the supervision of a veteran Immigration Attorney, former USCIS adjudication officer and Board Member of ESI—completing training requirements through the New York Immigration Coalition—Dr. Villeneuve-Dyce is also a volunteer English language instructor with the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs' We Speak NYC initiative.

A first-generation American, she has expanded ESI's mission into immigration services out of deep personal concern for the erosion of the American dream that immigrants have long cherished, and for the hard-won civil rights that African Americans fought and died for—rights now under threat for all people, including citizens, as current policies jeopardize due process, family unity, and human dignity.
